Official STLWC Policy
This statement represents an official policy of the Saint Louis Weather Club (STLWC). All members and visitors are required to adhere to the guidelines and rules set forth herein. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, including removal of access to STLWC services.

Organization: Saint Louis Weather Club, a Missouri-based unincorporated association (“STLWC,” “we,” “our”)
By accessing, viewing, sharing, or otherwise interacting with any media published by the Saint Louis Weather Club (STLWC) on YouTube or affiliated video-hosting platforms, you agree to the following:
All STLWC media content, including but not limited to video briefings, livestreams, educational materials, forecasts, event coverage, and other audiovisual productions, is the exclusive property of STLWC unless explicitly stated otherwise. Such content is published under the YouTube Standard License, which is the default license applied to content uploaded to YouTube unless another license is specifically selected.
Under the YouTube Standard License, viewers are permitted to access STLWC content through YouTube’s platform and may watch, share, and embed such content using YouTube’s built-in features. This license does not authorize downloading, editing, reuploading, redistribution, commercial use, or offline duplication of STLWC content without the express written permission of STLWC.
All rights not expressly granted remain fully reserved by STLWC. Any unauthorized use of STLWC content may result in enforcement action under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), as well as civil or criminal liability under federal and Missouri law.
Individuals who submit or contribute original media to STLWC for potential publication on YouTube agree, as a condition of submission, to grant STLWC a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to publish, display, and manage said content, and further agree that all contributions are free of unlicensed music, imagery, or third-party intellectual property.
Any party wishing to use STLWC YouTube media outside of YouTube’s permitted features must contact STLWC in writing to request separate licensing approval. STLWC reserves the right to grant or deny such requests at its sole discretion.
Violation of this policy constitutes a material breach of the STLWC Terms and Conditions and may result in removal of access, takedown requests, termination of membership, and/or legal action where applicable.
