OUR MISSION
At the Saint Louis Weather Club, our mission is to serve and protect the public by delivering timely and accurate severe weather notifications. We are committed to providing free, accessible weather-related services that enhance public safety and awareness. In addition, we actively gather and analyze meteorological data to improve our ability to forecast and anticipate severe weather events before they strike. Through community engagement, education, and innovation, we strive to reduce weather-related risks and help individuals, families, and organizations make informed decisions when it matters most.WHAT WE'VE ACHIEVED
We have consistently sent out numerous email alerts to inform and protect the public in the face of severe weather threats. Our communications have served as a critical early-warning tool, helping individuals and communities prepare for hazardous conditions. In the course of our operations, we have collected significant weather-related data, which has provided strong indications that there are actionable opportunities to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of severe weather prediction. This data-driven approach not only improves our forecasting capabilities but also supports broader efforts to understand and respond to emerging weather patterns. In addition to these proactive efforts, we have proudly offered a range of free public services, all aimed at safeguarding the well-being of our community, increasing awareness, and promoting informed decision-making during weather emergencies.
