This Image Use Policy explains the different image license levels and what each one means. You can find which license an image is under by emailing us at contact@stlweatherclub.org. Images must be used in accordance with the policy below.

C-STLWC.UD

The Copyright STLWC - Use Disabled license means the following:

  • Images are copyrighted or their use is restricted.

  • Images are owned by the Saint Louis Weather Club

  • Images may not be reused for any purpose other than personal use.

Use of images under this license requires permission from the Saint Louis Weather Club to use.

O-STLWC.UE

The Open STLWC - Use Enabled license means the following:

  • Images are open to use by the public.

  • Images are owned by the Saint Louis Weather Club.

  • Images may be reused and distributed for any reason.

Use of images under this license does not require permission from the Saint Louis Weather Club to use.

C-OTHER.UD

The Copyright Other - Use Disabled license means the following:

  • Images are copyrighted or their use is restricted.

  • Images are not owned by the Saint Louis Weather Club.

  • Images may not be reused even for personal purposes.

Images under this license can not be reused.

O-OTHER.UE

The Open Other - Used Enabled license means the following:

  • Images are open to use by the public.

  • Images are not owned by the Saint Louis Weather Club.

  • Images may be reused and distributed for any reason.

Use of images under this license does not require permission from the Saint Louis Weather Club to use.

O-STOCK.UE

The Open Stock - Use Enabled license means the following:

  • Images are open to use by the public.

  • Images are not owned by the Saint Louis Weather Club.

  • Images may be reused and distributed for any reason.

Note: additional rules apply for all images:

  • Images may not be used in a way that violates our Terms of Service.

  • Attribution must be provided on all images except those under the O-STOCK.UE license.

  • Images may not be used in a way that hurts the brand or reputation of the image owner.

  • Additional rules may apply; you are required to comply with all takedown requests when using our media, regardless of the license.
