The Saint Louis Weather Club is not a registered nonprofit organization, is not a 501(c)(3) or any other tax-exempt entity, and is not officially registered as a charitable organization at the state or federal level; it operates solely as an independent project and community initiative.

2. Donations & Tax Status

Any funds provided to the Saint Louis Weather Club are considered voluntary contributions and are not tax-deductible under any circumstances; the organization does not provide tax receipts for charitable deduction purposes, and all funds are used to support operations, infrastructure, and related activities.

3. Voluntary Contributions

All contributions are given voluntarily with no expectation of goods, services, or financial return; contributing does not establish membership, ownership, or governance rights within the Saint Louis Weather Club, and refunds are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

4. Representation & Transparency

The Saint Louis Weather Club will not present itself as a nonprofit or tax-exempt organization; any references to “donations” are informal and refer only to voluntary contributions, and users are responsible for understanding the non-deductible nature of contributions before providing funds.
